To complete the survey, you will need to enter the serial number from your Chick-fil-A receipt. You will then be asked a series of questions about your dining experience, such as the cleanliness of the restaurant, the quality of the food, and the friendliness of the staff.

Once you have completed the survey, you will be given a validation code. This code can be redeemed for a free chicken sandwich on your next visit to Chick-fil-A. The validation code is valid for 30 days from the date you complete the survey.

  1. Visit a Chick-fil-A restaurant.
  2. Place your order and tell the cashier that you have a MyCFAVisit validation code.
  3. Provide the validation code to the cashier.
